Publishing is a new adventure these days, and here's mine:

• Amazon.com operated Kindle Scout for a few years, a kind of "audition" site for new books.
• From December 10, 2015 - January 9, 2016, almost 2400 people viewed Rosette on Kindle Scout, and enough "nominated" it that it was "Hot and Trending" for 96% of its time in campaign. But on January 20th I learned that Rosette was not chosen for publication. My statistics were awesome, so I think it was just not a good fit for their marketing plans.
